Credits are consumed as your AI closers handle customer messages; usage depends on the length and complexity of each conversation. You can see your balance and usage at any time in the Console.
Billing
How billing works
Clear terms, so you always know what you pay for.
Monthly or yearly
Pay every month, or pay for 12 months up front at the yearly price shown above. Yearly plans include the same credit allowance every month.
Renewal is your choice
Before your billing period ends, a renewal bill appears in the Console. Pay it to continue; we never charge your card automatically. If you don’t pay, your plan ends at the end of the current period.
Monthly credits and top-ups
Your plan’s credits are added every month. On plans that include top-ups, you can buy extra credits in the Console whenever you need them.
Instant, online delivery
Mideal is an online service. You can use it as soon as you sign up, and a paid plan takes effect as soon as your payment is confirmed. Nothing is shipped.
Who bills you
Mideal subscriptions are billed by JUNYU LU, trading as Mideal. Card payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number.
Your customers pay you directly
What your customers pay for your products goes straight to your own payment methods. Mideal doesn’t process or hold it, and it is never part of your Mideal bill.
Cancellation and refunds
You may request a full refund within 7 days of your first payment. After that, fees for the current period are not refunded, and credits that have already been used are non-refundable. Plans never renew automatically: if you don't pay the renewal bill, your plan ends at the end of the current billing period, and you keep access until then. To request a refund, or to tell us you won't renew, email support@mideal.ai.
